Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and references.
  • Use headhunting techniques to approach passive candidates.
  • Screen profiles to match job requirements and shortlist potential candidates.
  • Call candidates and clearly pitch relevant job opportunities based on their skills and experience.
  • Explain job roles, responsibilities, company details, and selection processes.
  • Build rapport with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Schedule telephonic, virtual, or face-to-face interviews with candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure they attend the scheduled interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to align interview timings and requirements.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups to update candidates about interview feedback or next steps.
  • Track daily recruitment activities and maintain reports on candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure timely communication between candidates and the internal team.
  • Assist in shortlisting, screening, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain candidate data in recruitment tools or spreadsheets.
  • Support HR team in achieving hiring targets for assigned job openings.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future requirements.
  • Generate referrals to widen the talent pool.
