Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial textiles.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to meet client requirements.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests promptly.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events (if applicable).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial textiles or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Knowledge of international markets and export procedures is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
