- Track daily recruitment activities and maintain reports on candidate pipelines.
- Ensure timely communication between candidates and the internal team.
- Assist in shortlisting, screening, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain candidate data in recruitment tools or spreadsheets.
- Support HR team in achieving hiring targets for assigned job openings.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Generate referrals to widen the talent pool.
