We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Web Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Figma, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to design and build responsive, visually appealing websites. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, while ensuring that the final output is fully responsive and user-friendly across all devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- UI Design: Design visually stunning and user-friendly web interfaces using Figma.
- Web Development: Convert designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML and CSS code.
- Responsive Design: Ensure that designs are fully responsive and optimized for different screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver seamless, user-centric websites.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Design Refinement: Continuously iterate on designs and improve UI/UX based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Maintain Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides for consistency across projects.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs and code meet high standards of quality, performance, and accessibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Figma for designing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
- Strong command of HTML5 and CSS3, with experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible websites.
- Ability to design websites that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
- Experience with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
- Basic understanding of JavaScript (optional but a plus).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git (optional).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional team.
